Gift certificate - Stress counseling
For anyone who wants to learn to manage stress in their lives and promote greater balance and a better quality of life. A stress counselor provides personal advice and support.
Stress counseling involves analyzing the person's stressors and stress responses so that an individual stress prevention plan can be formulated for the future. The stress prevention plan takes into account the circumstances and personality of the person seeking the service and its goal is to identify optimal ways for the person to cope with the stress - overcoming the stress before the stress overcomes the individual with prevention education.
The counseling is provided by the stress counselor of the Stress School at Heilsuvernd. You can book an appointment with the following consultants:

There are both electronic teleconferencing classes and on-site classes in stress counseling, which then take place at Heilsuvernd, Urðarhvarf 14, 203 Kópavogur.
What you can offer:
- 1 hour in counseling: kr. 18.000
- 2 hours of counseling: kr. 36.000
- 5 hours of counseling: kr. 90.000
Once the payment has been processed, we will send you an electronic gift certificate by e-mail from Heilsuvernd to the e-mail address you entered when you paid for the gift certificate.
The gift certificate is in A4 size and is delivered as a pdf file that you can either forward to the recipient or print out at home and give in the Christmas package.
The holder of the gift certificate can then choose which stress counselor he wants to meet and book an appointment when it suits him at Heilsuvernd in phone 510 6500 or by sending an email to hv@hv.is
Note: The gift certificate is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
