Calm down in a turbulent sea - make yourself feel good

Trauma education and resources in difficult times

The aim is to enable the participant to better control his or her well-being by being in control and taking measures to improve his or her well-being.

The effects of stress on emotions and well-being are discussed when a societal threat is imminent (covid, war, eruption).

Ways are taught to stay calm and reduce stress as much as possible in times of uncertainty and fear so that anxiety, burnout and discomfort of any kind can be prevented.

Participants receive guidance on how the person in question can define the stressors in their life and create a brighter future with a constructive mindset and methodology of coaching on goal setting.

Examples of questions that will be answered in the lecture:

  1. What is a social stressor?
  2. What emotions are normal when threat, fear and uncertainty prevail?
  3. What are the different defensive responses of individuals?
  4. What is stress? Causes & Consequences.
  5. How can you be your own "Minister of Energy" and control your emotions and stress levels?
  6. How can the "Stress Card" from the Stress School be used as a stress prevention plan for the future?
  7. What stress relievers do you use to stay calm and face difficult challenges in your life?
  8. How can you develop a constructive attitude toward the challenges of life?
  9. What is your desired position for inner peace, balance, well-being and harmony, no matter how "weather" in your life?

Life is not about waiting for the storm to subside, but about learning to dance in the rain…
