Overcome the stress

The difference between stress, burnout and morbid stress will be covered. Participants will also be given tools to diagnose stress and they will be taught researched methods for preventing and resolving stress. A distinction will be made between where employees' responsibilities lie and how employees can increase their productivity without increasing stress.

New concepts from stress studies will be introduced, such as a day off at work. Approved methods will be used to promote relaxation during working hours.
